FEES

Local Evaluations: $225/hr
Out-of-area Evaluations: $250/hr + expenses

Fees include but are not limited to client and
collateral interviews, testing, record review,
telephone calls, correspondence, reports,
and travel time/expenses. Dr. Brown prorates
time to the next highest quarter hour. Her hourly
fee may be adjusted before the start of a project,
particularly for public institutions or cases of
pecial merit. She also utilizes the services of an
ffice assistant whose time is billed at $100/hour.

Retainer
Parenting Evaluations: $7500
Single-party Evaluations: $5000
FASD Assessments: to be arranged

Depositions and Court Testimony
Estimated fees for depositions and court
ppearances must be paid at least 72 hours
in advance unless otherwise arranged. Fees
are charged in half-day increments. In cases
where there is an underestimate for the time
involved, prompt payment (10 business
days) is expected.
